Winter Blue Swap

I hope you all enjoyed yesterday's Lucky Chram Blog Hop.  Some great projects and blog candy for sure!

As promised I have for you my card that I created for the Winter Blues Swap, I hope all the girls received their cards.

Stampin Up scallop border punch, flower punch, 1/4 circle punch were all used. Edges were inked with dark brown chalk ink. I left the card blank as I figured that it was so versatile they could stamp a sentiment of their choice.  Flowers were glimmer misted with irredescent gold.  Pattern for the flower pot was found at  I sure hope the girls love it as much as I had making it!

Have a great weekend!

Guest Designer with Crafting with Cristina

I am so very excited today to be featured over at as one of her many fabulous guest designers.  The challenge over on her blog is a color challenge using the colors orange, hot pink and white.  Not typical colors that I often use so I really had to put my thinking cap on and I am happy with the way it turned out.  What do you think?  Cute?

My new found purchase of flocking was used for most of this project.  Along with chipboard, a peachy keen face which I must add when the card opens the face is on the inside of the card, ribbon, PP is from my stash which I believe is basic grey.  The leaves are from recollection which I have sprayed with glimmer mist.  Of course the card could not be complete without using my white gel pen!

Thank you again Cristina for having me join in on the fun!

All products are from stampin up but don't hesitate to ask any questions should you have any.
