Celebrate the Occasions Challenge #12

Welcome everyone to challenge #12 over at http://celebratetheoccasion.blogspot.com/.  Do you want the opportunity to win the Simply Sweet Cartridge?  Head over there and participate and be sure to send the rest of the designers your love!!  Luckily for me this challenge was all about graduation!  It just so happens that I have a son graduating this year so of course I used his picture and create a 12x12 layout!  I will add the journalling on my thoughts of graduation which isn't scheduled until the 22nd of June.

There are alot of layers to this layout and the first time I use an 8x10 photo but I wouldn't change a thing. Don't hesitate to ask any questions should you have any. 

Thanks for stopping by and thank you to all the ladies that left thoughts and prayers for my son who broke his collar bone a week ago.  We met with the specialist today who gave us the option of surgery but being that he is still young it should heal on it's own just incorrectly of course.  He is still in alot of pain and his restrictions are endless until July which affects his part time job and his current school apprenticeship program he is taking.  Another follow up appointment in 2 weeks and until then he continues to sleep in the lazy boy, poor kid!

Must make this short but sweet.  Unfortunately, I will not be posting any projects for the rest of the week.  My son was out riding his dirt bike Monday and broke his collar bone so needless to say I have been playing and will be playing nurse for the next 6 weeks or so.  Thank godness things were not worst but it is not fun to see your kids suffer in pain:(  He has an appointment to see the orthopedic surgeon next Monday so we will have to wait and see how that goes.  Please wish him a speedy recovery!!

Hello everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed your Easter holiday.  As the new week begins that only means one thing the release of the new E2!!  I wonder if you are all excited as much as I am?  I am not sure that I will be staying up until midnight, yah right but I will be checking first thing in the morning.

Today I have another layout for you.  Again, it is from the the Ninabrooks kits that I have mentioned before.  I can't say enough about them.  They make things so easy for you.

I am so excited to share with the rest of you these amazing scrapbooking kits that I purchase.  Generally there is a group of us girls that spend the morning crafting using these kits.  You get all the supplies needed to create either a 2 page layout or 4 and you get all the instructions and pictures to go with it and at the most reasonable prices ever.  I believe they come out with new kits quarterly so be sure to head over and check them out http://ninabrookdesigns.com/ and don't be surprised if you don't see these on my blog more often.
